Marsha Gellert is a licensed real estate agent and longtime resident of the local community – currently living in Cryder Point. For the past decade Marsha has spearheaded the on-site sales & marketing efforts at Le Havre on the Water.

Marsha has been in the service and retail business for over 40 years – most notably at Hazels’ House of Shoes in Bayside. However, for the past eight years, Marsha has spent 100% of her time focusing on real estate and becoming a valued and trusted expert in the immediate Northeast Queens neighborhoods.
