Bobby and his team made my purchase of a unit in Le Havre an absolute pleasure. Marsha was always available, setting up appointments to see different units, and then doing walk through sessions and comparisons on the different ones. Bobby was the best for negotiating an offer that both parties were happy with. And Vincent in the office was extremely knowledgeable in helping me prepare the financials needed for the board approval process, keeping us updated thru out the whole process. Even when the sale was complete, they were still there to help with referrals for movers and other people that I might need in the near future. Definitely a team with a great working relationship!
