I'm Bobby and I'm thrilled to share a glimpse into the world of downsizing, a journey that has created purpose for me and has become a significant part of my professional and personal life. Discovering My Tribe

Have you ever felt like you've found your tribe, or better yet, that your tribe has found you? That's precisely the sentiment I experienced when downsizers (sometimes known as Empty Nesters) became a focal point of my real estate career.

So, who are downsizers?

Meet the Downsizers

Downsizers, are typically estates, trusts or individuals, usually mature adults, who find themselves at a crossroads in life. They're contemplating selling their house, coop or condo, and seeking a change that aligns with their evolving personal needs and major life transitions.

These transitions vary from health considerations, the desire for one-level living or a less expensive, more manageable home to wanting to live in warmer weather, closer to family and for many other reasons as well. Downsizers are looking for an advisor who not only understands the logistics of a real estate transaction but also connects with them on a more personal level.

Why Downsizers Choose Me

Nearing a 30 year career in real estate, my experience and focus extends beyond a mere transaction. It's about building a real connection with my clients, listening to and understanding what is going on in their lives, learning where they want to be and why. I've always believed in making my clients the most important people in the room.  It's not about bombarding them with accolades or listing presentations.  It's about establishing a genuine open dialogue and extending care.

The moment of truth for me comes when my client looks me in the eye and says, "Bobby, we're in your hands." This phrase is more than just words; it signifies trust, and it's when I know we're on the right track. Trust is the cornerstone of our relationship, it's something that swells my heart and my team and I work hard to earn.

Navigating Life's Complexity

We are often dealing with complex life situations and I am usually guiding several family members - along with or other than the homeowner - through the process.  This would include after the homeowner has passed away and I become a steward of their estate and we need to tackle issues like family wills and probate.

Conclusion: Beyond Real Estate

In conclusion, working with you is not just a job for me; it's a passion for service. It's about making a positive impact on my client's lives and contributing with my experience. My approach is personal, empathetic, and patient.  I'm grateful to be a trusted guide for those who choose to embark on my process with me.
